Dream * Create * Inspire*

Life is an adventure, you never know where it is going to take you.  I just breathe it in and enjoy the ride!  I am continuously amazed at the beauty of the world around us; my desire to see more of this world continues to grow minute by minute.  That is what has inspired me to write this blog, and it is my dream that my writing may inspire others.

To date, I have lived in New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, Sweden, California, Washington, Colorado, and Texas.  I have traveled throughout the United States, Europe, Canada and Mexico.  Each time I live or go somewhere new, I am amazed at the knowledge I gain.  My life is enriched by the beautiful people I meet, the breathtaking scenery each place has to offer, the culture, the food, the music, the art, and my list goes on....

I have been passionate about health, fitness, and natural medicine for over 15 years now.  My journey began with dance at young age.  Upon graduating high school, I picked up running, and from there my road led me to personal training and holistic nutrition.  I am now a vegan, and love the way a plant based diet makes me feel.

In 2008 I tried yoga for the first time, and felt alive and rejuvenated immediately.  For the first time I began to look at my body in a new light, with love, peace, forgiveness, and nurturing.  Since that time I have wanted to increase my understanding of yoga, and have the desire to understand it so that I can teach and share with others how to incorporate yoga into their lives.  I feel you can awaken your body, mind and spirit through the practice of yoga.

This leads to my *Dream* of attending an intensive yoga teacher training in Bali.  I believe that it is up to me to *Create* the life I want to live, and through this creation it is my intention to *Inspire* others to realize their dreams.

For now, I am trying to manifest ideas of how to come up with the funds to be able to attend the yoga teacher training.  I am open to any thoughts, ideas or suggestions you may have.

I love life and am looking forward to see what doors may open for me to be able to embark on this next journey.

Namaste,

Kari
